This is informal advice that can be requested from a Local Planning Authority upon payment of a fee. A planning officer will provide advice to assist Applicants in making good applications that meet Authority policies.
It doesn’t guarantee a favourable decision on an eventual application. However they can be useful to assist in establishing the principle of the proposal and evolving a design proposal.
